How do I create an account?
Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Fill in your details including username, email, password, and location. Once verified, you can start buying and selling immediately.
Is it free to list my car?
Yes! Listing a car or auto part on AutoMart is completely free. You only pay when you successfully sell an item (fees may apply).
How do I contact a seller?
Navigate to the listing you're interested in and click "Contact Seller" or use the messaging button. You can ask questions and negotiate the price directly through our secure messaging system.
How do I list my car for sale?
After logging in, click "Sell Your Car" in the navigation menu. Fill in the required details including photos, price, description, and vehicle information. Your listing will be visible immediately after submission.
What information should I include in my listing?
Include as much detail as possible: make, model, year, mileage, condition, price, and clear photos from multiple angles. A detailed description helps attract serious buyers.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
If you suspect a listing is fraudulent or violates our terms, click the "Report" button on the listing page or contact our support team immediately.
Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes! Go to your Dashboard, find your listing, and click "Edit" to modify details or "Delete" to remove it entirely.
What payment methods are supported?
AutoMart facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers. Payment methods are arranged directly between parties. We recommend using secure methods and meeting in person for transactions.
